Dear Customers,
We hope you have enjoyed the indoor season with us so far. In light of what is going on in the world, more specifically our state, we are doing our best to keep an open line of communication with you and our customers.
In accordance to the New York State Governors office, Starting Monday, December 13th, The Athletic Campus will comply with the measures being put into place by the Governor and will be requiring universal masking for everyone entering and participating at our facility regardless of vaccination status. This requirement will be in place and follow the currently proposed measure effective December 13th through January 15th of which we will then re-evaluate our policy following the state guidance.
The health and safety of all of our customers at The Athletic Campus is of upmost importance to us. It is on our clubs and coaches to follow and help enforce the mask policy for your individual teams and players. Any club, team or individual not following these policies may be removed from league play, be asked to leave facility or not allowed to train with us here at The Athletic Campus with no refund.
We thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.

New Fundraising Opportunities
by posted 10/15/2021

What’s New?

I am excited to announce that The Falcons Travel Soccer Club is implementing some new, monthly fundraising opportunities starting in October (and it’s really simple for you to support the club).  Join us for our monthly fundraising events at various Henrietta restaurants so all you need to do is go eat, tell your friends and enjoy!  You’ll be supporting local businesses, won’t have to cook and the club receives a portion of sales that night.  It’s a win, win, win, situation!

Why do we schedule these events?  What does the money raised go towards?

The Falcons want to ensure all players have the ability to play and should not be held back due to financial circumstances.  To help combat this hurdle, we offer scholarship opportunities for those families who need financial assistance in-order to play. There is a scholarship form that is on our website that must be submitted to apply for the scholarship.   In the past we have done fundraising at Blaze and Yolickity to raise money toward the scholarship fund and many players have benefitted from this opportunity.  The more we support these local businesses, the more kids we can support to play the game they love.

How can I find out where to go?

Emails will be sent out prior to the events, please pay close attention to the details on what needs to be done for your purchase to count towards the club’s fundraiser.  Most restaurants are both dine in and/or carry out. We understand that not everyone is comfortable dining in; ordering online for pick up is a great alternative that still allows you to participate.

We will also be advertising these on social media and the Falcons website as a reminder.  If you have any ideas on restaurants that you and your family enjoy ordering from, please let me know.  I want to make this as successful and inclusive as possible. We are open to any and all suggestions.

Thank you,

Shiloh Arthmann

Effective immediately, based on recent CDC changes and taking into account local and NYSWYSA guidelines.  A few highlights are listed below. Full list of guidelines is available on this website under documents.  As always, if you do not feel comfortable with the guidelines, you should not attend or participate.
  • Site specific rules MUST be followed.  If a specific town or field requires all to be masked, you MUST comply
  • Spectator limit is increased from 2 per player to 500 people per game
  • Vaccinated spectators do not need to wear a mask, however team members on the sidelines must still be masked.  Players on the field have the option to wear a mask
  • Equipment no longer needs to be sanitized.
I appreciate everyone's patience with the constantly changing guidelines and we will provide further updates as needed.

Update from Athletic Campus as of 11.10.2020
by posted 11/10/2020

Update from Athletic Campus as of 11/10/2020:

Due to rise in concern over Covid-19, and following the latest information provided by the State, we have decided to expand our indoor face covering policy to include all participants. This “universal face covering” includes all coaches and players on the field participating in training, practice and games.
We understand that this decision will be met with opposition by some. At this time, New York State guidelines does not require this, but we feel this is in the best interest of our business and the health and safety of our customers. It is the club and the coaching staff’s responsibility to enforce these policies amongst their players.
In compliance with the new guidelines set for Monroe County at this time, we are implementing the following additional policies:
  • Universal Face Covering– Everyone is now required to have the appropriate face covering on at all times within the building. This includes while on the field actively participating in play.
  • No Spectators– At this time we are not allowing any spectators in the facility for practices or programs
  • Capacity Limitations– We fall under the Youth and Recreation Sports Guidance set by New York State which has not changed. We are following the NY Guidelines and are continuing to stay under our 50% maximum capacity.
  • League Play– Our leagues will continue. All participants are required to wear face covering while playing. Each team will be separated to opposite sidelines.
    • For the rest of November, we will not be allowing spectators to enter the facility for league play. We realize this is an inconvenience, but it is out of our hands. We will be reviewing the guidelines put out by New York State and hope we will have the “Yellow Zone” lifted in the next week or so. Hopefully our region will rise to the challenge and help lower the rate so we may allow some spectators back in ASAP.
  • This goes in effect starting tomorrow, Wednesday November 11th
Our goal is to remain open and provide you and the community the opportunity to play. We appreciate your understanding and we will move forward and get through this together.
We will be actively following guidelines put out by New York State and will be reviewing these policies weekly regarding any possible changes to it.
Thank you,
The Athletic Campus
